Shipping & Returns
Here at Lost4Toys, you, our valued customer, are the reason we are here. At times, a business may not meet a customer's expectations, so we have put together the following return/exchange policies to help ensure your experience with us is always exceptional. All of our items will be thoroughly inspected before delivery to ensure they are free from defects and damage.
Apparel/Accessories: All apparel items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged when meeting the following criteria:
- Items must be unworn/unwashed, and items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
- We gladly accept returns due to the Item description not meeting physical details, incorrect size being shipped instead of the ordered size, a wrong item being shipped instead of the ordered item, or a sufficient explanation of dissatisfaction being provided before returning.
Figures: All figures must be unopened and in the same 'like new' condition as shipped to you.
Statues: ***Unless you specify in your order that you DO NOT want us to inspect it, all statues will be opened and checked for damage before shipment.*** Occasionally, we receive damaged products from our distributors, and they must be identified promptly. This is also to ensure that you are not receiving a product that could be damaged. We understand the importance of delivering the best possible product to you.
Art Prints: We offer a variety of art prints for your selection. They are made of different materials, such as canvas, wood, or metal, as well as high-quality poster/paper. Some of our prints have a 'vintage' or worn look to them. Prints will be thoroughly inspected before shipment. We ask that you be thorough in your selection, as we don't want you receiving a 'vintage' style print expecting something different. Returns for prints MUST be approved via communication with our customer service (insert link here) before shipping back.
